We create a hedge contract on your behalf for your cattle and/or hogs and pay all associated margin calls or premium costs, along with the trading fees.
Your physical cattle and/or hogs are sold on a live, dressed, grade and yield or carcass merit basis and your trade position is liquidated.
We calculate your net profit/loss on the futures or options trades and add or deduct that profit/loss to your physical livestock check.
